If you love Taekwondo, you had to be there. If you weren't impressed you must be dead! Bren Foster's skills were amazing, no wires, no second takes, just amazing Taekwondo skills that you really had to see live to believe.

 

And he took an amazing seminar, he challenged our skills and opened our minds to what was possible.

 

In addition to that, what a great bloke, if anyone had a right to be a bit big headed it would be him, but there wasn't a bit of it. He was warm, he couldn't do enough to help anyone from the oldest to the youngest participant and his love of martial arts was there for all to see.

 

We are going to have to hope we can talk him into coming back because he is going to be a very hard act to follow.
